The apartments are available outside of these dates by arrangement, when the charges are considerably lower.  For a large party (8-10 persons) who would like to let all the rooms, and have exclusive use of the gardens and pool please request a quote via e-mail.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  1. To book the accommodation, you should complete, and then submit the availability enquiry form.  This will be accepted as a provisional booking, and an email will be sent advising you of this.
  2. Weekly bookings run for 7 nights, usually Saturday-Saturday.  Mid-week reservations are possible but are by arrangement only. Check-in time on arrival is after 15:00hrs, and departure time is 10:00hrs on the day of departure. A holding deposit of 100 euros is due within one week of confirmation from us to secure your booking and the remainder of the cost of the rental is due four weeks before arrival.  Reservations made within four weeks of the start of the holiday require full payment at the time of booking. We accept payment by cheque / bank transfer in Euros.  We regret that there is no facility to pay by credit or debit cards.
  3. An additional damage deposit of 150 euros (or pounds sterling) is required upon arrival.  This deposit will cover any damage to the accommodation or contents (the accommodation being the apartment and grounds), although the clients liability is not limited to this amount.  The damage deposit will be refunded on your departure subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
  4. In the event of cancellation prior to four weeks before the start of the holiday we reserve the right to retain the deposit amount Thereafter, cancellation charges will be the full rental amount.  WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND INSURANCE FOR BOTH MEDICAL AND PERSONAL COVER WHICH INCLUDES CANCELLATION CHARGES.
  5. The client agrees to be a considerate tenant, to take good care of the accommodation and its contents and to leave it clean and tidy at the end of the holiday.  We reserve the right to deduct reasonable cleaning charges from the damage deposit if the accommodation is left in an unacceptable condition.
  6. In the event of any accommodation breakages the client is asked to report to the owners to enable repairs to be effected at the earliest possible time. We cannot be held responsible for any temporary interruption in the supply of public services or facilities beyond our control.
  7. Use of the swimming pool is at the guest’s risk &emdash; we do not provide lifeguard services. We advise that use of the swimming pool should be restricted to the hours of daylight.
  8. There is a supplement charge for electricity during the months of October to March &emdash; details upon request.
  9. There is ample off-road parking at no extra charge.
  10. A "no smoking" policy is in place in the building and in the apartments; and no pets are allowed.
